On 9th January 2023 I purchased a Gimbal DJI OSMO Mobile SE from Cellular Kenya for use in making videos for my YouTube Channel Kerosi TV.
I made this decision of acquiring the gimbal DJI Osmo Mobile SE because I needed stable videos hence adding value to my work.
The gimbal DJI Osmo Mobile SE price was Ksh. 17,000 at the time.
As usual I do not mind spending money on an equipment which I believe will bring in more money in the future. That has always been my philosophy in spending money on filmmaking equipment.
I have since made quite a number of films or videos for YouTube and now I am determined to make at least 1,ooo more videos in the lifetime of this device.
Two years down the line, I have the carting bag, cable for charging and added some accessories such as wireless microphones to make my work easier.
Why did I buy, gimbal DJI Osmo Mobile SE?
One day, I was in Nyabira covering the funeral procession of a client from the morgue to their home for the funeral. I boarded a pick up truck because it had enough space to maneuver as I film. The final product was shaky and amateurish. I started thinking how I can stabilize my videos and that is where the research for improvement began.
Later I did some internet search and settled on the gimbal DJI Osmo mobile SE which I have owned for two years now.
I hope the gimbal DJI Osmo Mobile SE will serve me for at least another five years or so before it retires. I will keep you up to date on this subject matter.
