Paul Pogba’s older brother Florentin Pogba has signed for French Ligue 2 side Sochaux, the club confirmed on Monday.
Florentin has been a free agent after being released by MLS club Atalanta United in 2019.
The 29-year-old has joined Sochaux on a three year contract.
Florentin was born in Conakry, Guinea, but he represented France at youth level before playing for Guinea at senior level.
Florentin began his youth career at Spanish club Celta Vigo and went on to have senior stints at Sedan and Saint-Etienne in France as well as Turkish club Genclerbirligi.
Football activities were suspended in France until at least September by the French government due to the global coronavirus pandemic. Florentin will have to wait to play for his new club.
