La liga giants Barcelona will test their players for Coronavirus on Wednesday at the club’s training grounds before allowing the players to resume individual training.
Laliga clubs have been given green light to resume training following the relaxation of lockdown measures by the Spanish government.
Barcelona say La Liga ‘gave the go-ahead’ for testing after inspecting the facilities at their training grounds. Players from other clubs will also be tested before they can return to training.
La liga is aiming to restart the campaign in June. The season was brought to a halt since March due to the global coronavirus pandemic.
Portugal Primera Liga is expected to resume on 30th May.
With 11 rounds of games remaining, FC Barcelona sit on top of the La Liga table, two points ahead of Real Madrid.
