Climate change protesters who were protesting during the peak hours in London have been pulled off the roof of the trains by angry commuters.
The protesters from Extinction Rebellion (a global environmental organization) climbed on over the carriages and glued themselves onto the train.
The protesters hung a banner bearing the message “Business as usual = Death” in the station of Canning Town in East London.
The commuters can be seen in the video throwing objects at the protesters.

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, dismissed the action of the protesters saying that what they did is dangerous and counterproductive. He further urged the protesters to protest within the law and peacefully.
The Extinction Rebellion told media that, they targeted the London underground trains because they would “have a severe impact upon business within the capital.”
