Over 450,000 Ethiopian grade 12 students will receive tablets from the state. According to official data, exams will start on December 7 to Dec 10. Before the exams, students will take 45 days of classes and technology guidance.
Many people are questioning how this will benefit the students in the middle of weak internet connectivity.
The Government of Ethiopia is planning to facilitate networks to selected schools from its own satellite.
