Hamas Deputy leader, Saleh Al-Arouri, 57, has been killed in a drone strike on Hamas office in Southern Beirut.

 

Since Israel was invaded by Hamas, at least 20,000 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza Strip.

 

Hamas deputy leader Saleh is alleged to have been jailed in Israel prisons before he was released in March 2010.

 

Following his release, Hamas deputy leader relocated to Istanbul in Turkey from where he moved to Beirut after Israel reconciled with Turkey and resume their diplomatic relations.

 

At the time of his death, Hamas deputy leader Saleh was serving as the spokesman for Hamas and its strategy in the war in Gaza.

 

Hamas deputy leader Saleh was designated as a “global terrorist” in 2015 by the United States of America. A $5 million reward was issued for information on him.
