  • if you illegally fly a drone in Kenya and you are convicted, then, you may pay a fine not exceeding 100,000/= or spend your time in jail for a period not exceeding 12 months. 

Why do we’ve such punitive drone flying laws Kenya. I see people around the world flying their drones so freely at weddings, beaches and other events? 

Are we the only ones who have an airspace?
