Henry Rotich, Cabinet Secretary national treasury Kenya, was today listed among 21 people who were to be arrested and arraigned in court over the Kimwarer and Arror dams scandal.
Cabinet Secretary national treasury Kenya and and Principal Secretary Dr. Kamau Thugge presented themselves before the DCI for questioning.
