Crotone have been promoted to the Serie A after thrashing Livorno 5-1 on Friday.
Third placed Spezia drew 1-1 with Cremonese meaning the Pitagorici sealed a Serie A spot for the third time.
Crotone president Gianni Vrenna led the celebrations on Friday.
‘’This Serie A [promotion] is perhaps the most beautiful success since I’ve been at Crotone,’’ said Vrenna, as quoted by Tuttomercatoweb.
‘’We need to enjoy this day of celebration and then let’s try to finish the league in the best way. Then, we’ll start planning for next season.’’
Crotone have joined Benevento in moving up to Italy’s top tier next season.
The third and final promotion spot will be awarded via play-offs.
Crotone have enjoyed a 12-game winning run and have scored a total of 62 goals in the Serie B this season.
