Milan and Ukraine legend Andriy Shevchenko reached 50 goals in 68 matches while Brazil icon Ronaldo reached the mark after 70 matches with Inter.
The previous quickest Juventus player to reach 50-goal mark was France striker David Trezeguet, who did it after 78 games.
Cristiano Ronaldo, 35, is the third Juventus player to score 30 goals in one season, after Felice Borel and John Hansen.
The Portugal star Cristiano Ronaldo is also the first player to score 50 or more goals in the Premier League, La Liga and in the Serie A.
Cristiano Ronaldo scored 84 for Manchester United in the English top-flight and 312 in league competition at Real Madrid.
Out of 21 teams that Cristiano Ronaldo has faced in the Serie A, Chievo is the only side that he is yet to score against.
