Court of Appeal has dismissed Marta Karua’s election petition against Ann Waiguru
The Kirinyaga Gubernatorial aspirant Ms. Marta Karua had petitioned the Court of Appeal against the election of Ms. Ann Waiguru as the Kirinyaga Governor. Now the ruling and you can watch it in the video below.
The ruling was delivered today by the Court of Appeal judges Gatembu Kairu, Roselyn Nambuye and Hannah Okwengu. The court ruled that Ms. Marta Karua’s case had no merit.
