Spain, one of the world’s worst hit countries by coronavirus, ha released its lasted figures which show its daily death toll dropped below 100 for the first time in two months.
It was 87 on Sunday, the health authorities said, bringing the total number of deaths to 27,650 in Spain.
It is the first drop under 100 since the lockdown began.
The ministry also confirmed that the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases have edged up to 231,350 from 230,698.
