Coronavirus which broke out in December 2019 has claimed the lives of 811 people (by Saturday 8) most of them in China. The disease first broke out in the Chinese City of Wuhan.
The SARs had reached 774 fatalities in 2003. The disease infected a total of 8,096 people as reported by World Health Organization (WHO).
The Coronavirus’ infections had reached 37,198 by Saturday. The virus has been reported to have spread to over 24 countries around the world such as Philippines and Hong Kong.
China reported the outbreak of Coronavirus towards the end of December and its source is believed to be from Wuhan City seafood market- Hubei region.
