Bundesliga club Wolfsburg returned to training on Monday despite concerns over the spread of coronavirus.
The deadly virus continues to disrupt sporting activities across the globe with the German Bundesliga one of the European Leagues postponed.
More than 29,000 cases of COVID- 19 have been reported in Germany with over 120 deaths leading to chancellor Angel Merkel banning public meetings with more than two people.
Wolfsburg returned to training in four small groups and spent staggered times at the gym – two hours apart to avoid contact with each other as much as possible.
Wolfsburg used four different changing rooms at the Volkswagen Arena.
The Bundesliga is scheduled to resume on April 2nd. Wolfsburg are scheduled to play Bayer Leverkusen though the fixture seems unlikely due to the coronavirus situation.
