Jamie Spears has been removed from conservatorship of Britney Spears. The lawyer said that Britney cries every day due to his father being there in the conservatorship.
Jamie Spears said that his ousting from Britney’s conservatorship will only hurt his daughter. CPA John Zabel will replace Jamie Spears in managing her estate for a temporary basis.
Jamie was attached by the members of the public, Britney’s lawyer and his own daughter in court. They said that Jamie controlled and even prevented Britney Spears from getting married.
It is ironical that it is Jamie who demanded to end the conservatorship immediately while Britney’s lawyers wanted 30-45 days to review the books of account to establish whether there was any misappropriation of assets.
“Mr. Spears will continue to look out for the best interests of his daughter and work in good faith towards a position resolution of all matters,” Jamie’s lawyer Thoreen said.
The next hearing is set to be held on November 12 and the judge is most likely to end the conservatorship.
