Bristol City have confirmed that one individual among their players and coaching staff tested positive for coronavirus.
The club has not named the individual. The person is said to be asymptomatic and is self-isolating in line with EFL protocols.
The positive case came after tests were conducted on Thursday and Friday at the Championship clubs.
Bristol City will resume their Championship season on Saturday when they play fellow play-off contenders Blackburn Rovers.
