In Washington DC there is a Bible Museum which houses various types of Bibles in various languages. Brilliant idea.

The Museum estimates that there is need to translate 977,977 chapters of the Bible in order to have available all of the world’s languages.

This Bible Museum offers the visitors all types of Bibles from the previous centuries.

To enter into this great Bible Museum, you pay $25.99 or ksh 2,600 as entrance fee. It is interesting to note that the Museum does not associate to any denomination.

The Bible Museum is neutral because it is believed that this is a Museum about a book and not a religious organization.

From the Bible Museum, you will learn that there were special bibles for slaves. These Bibles had some sections omitted.
