Sharing is Caring

The Law Society of Kenya is truly reclaiming its lost glory. On 11th June, 2020 the council made a resolution to expel the Attorney General of Kenya, Paul Kihara, and the Solicitor General- Kennedy Ogeto.

During a presser presided over by the President of LSK, Nelson Havi, reasons were given for their expulsion.

The decision to expel the two senior government officials was signed by 12 Council members out of 13.

Aluso Ingati, Council Member, did not sign indicating that “Left meeting and declined to sign stating she does not now agree with the council’s decision.”
