Atalanta boss Gian Piero Gasperini has been handed a one-match touchline ban after he was sent off against Bologna.
He will serve the ban when his team will face AC Milan on Friday, July 24.
Gasperini, 62, was sent off after exchanging words with Bologna head coach Sinisa Mihajlovic.
Atalanta won the match 1-0.
According to the Italian Football Federation, Gasperini was shown the second yellow card after he protested the first one.
Gasperini will now miss Friday’s Serie A clash against Milan at the San Siro.
Milan will also be without midfielder Ismael Bennacer and defender Theo Hernandez.
