United Kingdom Royal, Prince Andrew could have to deal with a lawsuit in the United States of America. He stands accused by Jeffrey Epstein’s victims. She accused Andrew of groping her breasts in an attack involving an image he was gifted by Ghislaine Maxwell.
Johanna Sjoberg, the accuser, was a former Personal Assistant to Epstein. She has accused Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, of assaulting her when she was 21 years old. At the time, she was working for Epstein.
The incident allegedly happened in front of Virginia Roberts who on Tuesday August 10 launched a legal action accusing Andrew of raping her. The court case states that Giuffre was ‘loaned’ to the British royal and was coerced to have sex with Prince Andrew three times through the orders of Epstein. She feared that she would be killed if she refused to have sex with the British royal.
Johanna Sjoberg, 43, was not able to sue Prince Andrew previously because a long time had passed since the incident happened. The legal suit was made possible by the change in law which made it possible to file a case in court.
Just 24 hours after the announcement of the bombshell legal lawsuit, Prince Andrew had arrived in Balmoral with his ex-wife Sarah, the Duchess of York, for a holiday with the Queen.
Sjoberg is now the second victim of Epstein to claim that Andrew had attacked her while on his knee at the billionaire’s New York home. She said that Andrew groped her by taking a spitting image puppet of himself of himself and placing its hand on her breast after she was flown to the United States by Epstein to ‘entertain’ Andrew in 2001.

Sjoberg stated that Andrew touched her breasts while his puppet groped Virginia Roberts. She added that she was hired by Ghislaine Maxwell in 2001. At that time she was a student at Palm Beach Atlantic. She thought that she was being hired as a personal assistant. She later realized that her job was to provide ‘sexual massages’ to Epstein. Who she said told her that he needed ‘three orgasms a day’.
She also said that she was ‘punished’ when Epstein failed to orgasm following one of her massages. Maxwell told her that she would not be able to please him and hence there were other girls around.
Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, has always denied charges pressed by Virginia Roberts. He said that he does not know her. A viral photo showed him holding her waist which he said was fake. Roberts alleged that she was sexually abused by Andrew when she was 17 years old.
She was a teenage victim of sex trafficking. She claims that she was ‘lent out for sexual purposes’ by Jeffrey Epstein. Andrew now 61 has not made any public comment regarding the lawsuit since it was announced.
