On Saturday Africa National Congress marks 110th anniversary in a low-key event.
The event was held at a stadium in Polokwane in northern Limpompo province.
“This anniversary takes place a few days after a devastating fire swept through our parliament in Cape Town,” Cyril Ramaphosa said in a speech.
“The entire country has been shocked, outraged and saddened by the destruction because the institution of parliament is a repository of our democracy.” he added.
Africa National Congress has been facing many challenges including corruption and reliable sources have revealed that the political part is indeed broke. ANC had a deficit of $26 million in their budget.
One of the clergy men who prayed during the 110th anniversary celebrations prayed for the Africa National Congress to make South Africa great again.
