Getting the budget information in some counties is a great challenge. They do not publicize the budget information on their websites or provide the hard copies to the members of the public.
This is not how it is supposed to be.
A case in point is when I visited the Nyamira County website while looking for their budget information. There was no budget information. This is the same case for Wajir and Garissa.
It is so sad and we must demand for change.
