A form one student, 15, from Chitungizwa, Zimbabwe has allegedly committed suicide after being found engaging in sexual intercourse on his own mother’s bed with a 14-year old girl.
The boy stated that a quarrel between him and his mother ensured after he was caught red-handed having sex with the girl.
Godfrey Chipare, 15, committed suicide through hanging on a roof beam at his cousin’s house in Unit A. This happened on 15 October.
Samantha Chipare, his cousin, was the last person to talk with the deceased before he was found dead. Samatha told a local newspaper that after Godfrey quarreled with his mother he came to her house.
Godfrey had promised to return to his parents’ house the following day but that never happened as planned. Samantha had no idea that Godfrey was planning to commit suicide. She also discovered through neighbours that he had been looking for vegetable pesticides before he took his own life.
