The Lost Kitchen is not your ordinary restaurant. It isn’t an open table. Here you do not just walk in and make an order. In fact you have to make a reservation through snail-mail. Phone calls and sending email is prohibited.
Despite those conditions customers are dying to have the names picked as diners at the Lost Kitchen. Once the letters are received, they are placed in a pot and the chief chef Erin French.
Erin is currently the most sought after chef in Freedom, Maine. That is why she receives clients from all over the world.
French is self-taught. She started by studying cookbooks with a great obsession. Her serious self-education paid off at the end.
