Sharing is Caring

Raila sworn-in as people’s president, on Tuesday, Right Hon. Raila Amolo Odinga was sworn in as the People’s President by Tom Kajwang, the currently Member of Parliament (MP) for Ruaraka Constituency in Nairobi.

Raila’s running mate Hon. Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka did not attend the swearing-in ceremony at Uhuru Park in Nairobi.

When T.J. Kajwang was asked about the danger of swearing in Raila as president of Kenya he said NASA has a battery of lawyers to handle that issue. He further told media that he has practiced as an advocate for 28 years.

Now it’s going to be more interesting considering that the Attorney General (AG) Professor Githu Migai termed the swearing-in of Raila as “high treason.”

The Chief Justice, David Maraga said that the swearing in of Raila Odinga as president is unconstitutional.
