The Impeachment of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua was today before the floor of the Senate of Kenya.
The early submissions started with a storm when the Deputy President’s advocate asked for Gov. James Orengo not to be allowed to represent the National Assembly of Kenya.
Rigathi Gachagua is accused of 11 charges which he has pleaded not guilty before the Senate of Kenya.
Hon. Mwengi Eckomas Mutuse, Member of Parliament for Kibwezi West constituency was the mover of the motion at the National Assembly of Kenya.
