Egypt’s megapolis known as Ras El Hekma will cover 65 square miles. The city will be made up of tourist resorts, high-speed rail and an airport. The city will be developed by Modon Holding PSC.
Ras El Hekma will trigger economic growth in Egypt and will be a model for urban development for the rest of the world.
Accord and Ennismore have signed a memorandum of understanding to operate resorts and hotels in Ras El Hekma city.
