NASA PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE DATE SET
Saturday 27th August, 2017 has been set as the NASA pre-trial conference date. It will start at 7 PM.
Esther Nyaiyaki, the Registrar of Supreme court has announced that all counsel appearing before the highest court on the land should be robed ready for work.
The main objective of this conference is:
a) “to set the rules of engagement.”
b) Identify real issues in the petition
c) admissibility of documents or evidence
d) determine the amount of time required by each party to make submissions or claim that any evidence presented is false.
