The Ministry of Kenya has reported 34 new cases of Covid-19 on Wednesday.
A total of 1,283 people had been tested for the virus. Kenya has so far reported 337,768 cases out of 3,827,700 cumulative tests.
“There are 46 patients currently admitted in our health facilities, while 589 are under the Home-Based Isolation and Care program,”Mutahi Kagwe revealed.
In terms of vaccination 20,797,482 vaccines had been administered across the country as of August 3, 2022.
“Proportion of adults fully vaccinated was 34.2%. The Government is working towards vaccinating a targeted population of 27,246,033,” added Mutahi Kagwe.
