An eye-witness saw a man riding an e-scooter and pulling a pram down a busy road. He was steering the e-scooter with one hand and the pram with the other along A117 in Newham, East London.
The man who was wearing flip flops left the witnesses in fear and disbelief. The viral video of the man was recorded by Phylis Smith who was bamboozled by the strange sight.
Phyllis Smith was heading home from work last week when she saw the reckless man riding his e-scooter and pulling a pram as cars drove past.

The man was wearing a green t-shirt and flip flops as he traveled in a quite unusual way. It was not established whether there was a baby inside the pram and whether the man was the father of the baby.
After Phyllis posted the video on social media, it attracted 1.3 million views, an excess of 60,000 likes and several comments from viewers.
Some TikTok users suggested that the man might have gone to collect the pram from an online vendor.
One viewer said: ‘That’s a reckless man.’
Another added: ‘No way there’s a baby in that pram… please tell me there isn’t.’
A third said: ‘Guaranteed the mum is at work non the wiser! Thinking her precious child is safe with their dad!’
Currently, London is piloting the use of rental e-scooters and they are trying to find new and environmentally-friendly ways to reduce road congestion in the capital city.
