The Government of Kenya has declared Friday 29 April 2022 a public holiday in Kenya.
The State funeral for former president, the late Mwai Kibaki will be held on that day which will be a public holiday in Kenya.
He was the third president of Kenya. The announcement was made by Cabinet Secretary Dr. Fred Matiang’i.
