A Russian social media influencer faces a fine or jail term for posing naked in front of a church in Moscow, Russia.
Polina Murugina, 24, is facing a jail term after taking and sharing a nude photo in front of a sacred site. The photo went viral and attracted the attention of law enforcement agency.
Murugina may be expected to pay up to £3,000 or be jailed for one year for “insulting the religious feelings of believers.”
The social media influencer who has tattoos on his body posed for the photo outside the Church of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary located in Moscow Russia.
Reliable sources indicate the pix was taken last summer but was reported to the police just recently. The social media star has not made any comments about the action by law enforcement agency instead she has closed the Instagram account where the said photo was posted.
