Experts have recommended a number of long term investments that you should make on your health. I know you may be a teetotaler and does not smoke but do you exercise?

 

Do not drink: Never treat drinking as default.

Exercise daily: You can engage in tennis, weights, walking, basketball and Peloton among other sports. Some experts are very skeptical of high stress sports such as rock climbing. We should never turn exercise into a health risk.

 

Sleep well: Go to bed and wake up at regular hours. Never treat weekends any different.

 

Avoid eating junk food: Try as much as possible to eat unprocessed food. There is no harm in eating natural foods. They even taste good.

 

Be happy: Set goals and have projects in life. Enjoy sex. Build and maintain social networks.

 

Take a minimum of medications: We are not advocating that you do not take medicine but make sure you take the essential ones such as vaccines. They are good for your health.
