Ethiopia parliament has passed a new law to allow it to develop nuclear weapons for peaceful purposes.
Ethiopia will have an opportunity to develop her capacity and develop new energy options.
The country will work closely with Russia to develop her nuclear capacity. Ethiopia has already signed an agreement with Russia to collaborate on design, material handling and disposal, medicine and agricultural field applications.
