Bayern Munich have signed teenage winger Mamin Sanyang from Hoffenheim.
Mamin Sanyang has signed a three-year contract with Bayern.
The 17-year-old Mamin Sanyang moved to Germany from Gambia when he was 10 years old. He’ll play for Bayern Munich’s under-19 team next season.
In 19 appearances in the under-17 Bundesliga and two in the under-19 division in 2019-20 season, Mamin Sanyang scored 9 goals and assisted 4 times.
Bayern Munich academy manager Jochen Sauer said: ‘’Mamin Sanyang is an extremely fast and dangerous winger. We see him as an ideal reinforcement for our under-19 team and are very happy he will wear the Bayern jersey in the future.’’
Mamin Sanyang has followed in the footsteps of Germany under-17 striker Armindo Sieb, who left Hoffenheim for Bayern last month.
