Spurs have confirmed they have one positive coronavirus result in the latest wave of testing carried out in the Premier League.
The individual will now self-isolate for one week.
The club has not named the individual. It remains unclear whether the individual is a player or club staff.
There was only one positive result in the Premier League after 1197 players and club staff were tested in the fifth round of testing.
Out of the 5 rounds of testing, 13 players and club staff have tested positive for Covid-19.
Testing will continue twice a week as the Premier League nears resumption.
The League will resume on 17th June with Manchester City v Arsenal and Sheffield United v Aston Villa.
