Burnley FC assistant manager Ian Woan has tested positive for coronavirus, the club has confirmed.
The Premier League announced on Tuesday that 6 positive cases among three clubs had been confirmed among an initial 748 tests carried out on players and staff. The Premier League did not reveal which teams the 6 cases came from.
Burnley say Woan, 52, is asymptomatic and will be self-isolating for the next one week.
Premier League clubs started training in small groups on Tuesday.
The League was suspended in March due to the global coronavirus pandemic, with 92 games left to play. A decision on when the league can resume has not been made.
The second round of tests will be carried out and results published on Saturday before clubs discuss about a potential return to contact training.
