Now Mariah Carey is a head of Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Janet Jackson, Elton John, Madonna, Usher, Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears who had made the feat in three decades.
Mariah Carey has achieved 19 no. 1 hits for the duration of her singing career. Her first hit was achieved on August 1990 with her hit Vision of Love. In total Carey has had three songs remain at the top of the list for three or more weeks. This is a record to behold considering that it is better than that of Rihanna and the Beatles.
