Capacity building for Kawangware Nairobi residents
On 27 June 2019, I spent most of my morning building the capacity of residents of Kawangware Nairobi area.
We highlighted the four main stages of county planning and budgeting process.
I was impressed that we had finally reached the unserved section of the society. That is people who have never participated in formulation, implementation and oversight of public policy.
Majority of the participants were listeners of Mtaani Radio and this particular day they were part of Radio mashinani.
A day well spent. Thanks to all participants.
