ACTIONS TO TAKE IN YOUR 30’S FOR SUCCESS
There are a number of actions to take while you are in your 30’s. It is worth noting that Julia Child first published her first cookbook at the age of 60 and Sam Walton started his Walmart at the age of 44. These are two examples which shows that it is never too late to start something valuable.
If you are now in your 30’s, then the actions you take in the next 10 years will determine what you become.
Below are some of the small things that you can do to create significant impact in your life:
- Sleep and wake up at the same time daily

3. Exercise regularly – start running, jogging, weight lifting, cycling, swimming or hiking. Make sure you choose the exercises that you love otherwise you will easily give us.

Keep a record of activities in your life. Put all your thoughts and feelings on a piece of paper daily.

- Commence saving money- This is a powerful habit will benefit you immensely later on in life. The earlier you start developing this habit, the better for you.
- Pursue a lifetime dream as part of the actions to take in your 30’s. If there is something that you have always wanted to do such as write a book, start a family or have kids. Start it in your 30’s.
