David Murathe has told Dr. William Ruto to retire with President Uhuru Kenyatta in 2022. He further says that the community does not have any Memorandum of Understanding with anyone.
David Murathe said that during the 39th Maragoli Cultural Festival held at the Municipal Council in Mbale.
David Murathe is the Deputy Vice Chairman of Jubilee Party. William Ruto was given 50% of all Cabinet Secretary seats in 2013.
