One high schooler in New Jersey, United States wrote nothing other than #blacklivesmatter on the personal statement section of the undergraduate application form of Stanford University.
It’s interesting that he got admitted in the highly competitive process where only 1 in 20 applicants gets admitted.
According to British Broadcasting Corporation Ziad Ahmed (the successful applicant) shared the secret on social media and it received conflicting reactions.
One user even wrote “forever in love with your audacity.”
