A total of 160 cases of dengue fever has been reported in Ethiopia’s Somali Region.
The cases were recorded in Warder Woreda of Dolo Zone and 47 suspected cases in Dolo Ado of Liban Zone.
Dengue is a viral infection that is common in warm tropical climates that cause flu like illness.
